We are pleased that you will take the time on October 15, 2020 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. (Frankfurt local time) to be part of our first virtual aperitif! Although the format of this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair has changed – for reasons that are well known to us – we do not want to miss the opportunity to toast with our friends from the publishing group. True to our motto “Tradition & Innovation”, we have therefore decided that our traditional meeting is taking place – but just online!
Our virtual aperitif takes place via the ZOOM platform. We will email you the web link as well as your access code about a week before our online-meeting.
Since we have prepared a small mail consignment for you, we need your address and your telephone number. This is the only reason why we are asking for this information during the registration process.
We would also like to point out that we will record our online meeting. The fact of the recording is indicated to you in the ZOOM app by a red dot in the top left of the screen with the addition “Recording in progress”.
We will also take one or the other group picture. It is in our interest to let you shine in your best light. Therefore we will inform you in advance about taking the photo during the online-meeting.
The images are published on our website and in our social media network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). If this is not in your interest, please let us know so that we can take this into consideration.
